2013 E350 Bluetec

weird noise

Hey guys

I have 13 ml350 rwd aprox 89xxx now m276

I don't remember when it happened

but when i stop in red light or stop sign my engine noise is different than normal

it sound like small vibrate and i am not sure but kind of valve noise(i feel like hard to explain) and only r and d range

I can't feel anything when car is moving.

Only car is stop and r and d range and when i change the n and p range i can heard anything. it is normal

anybody have idea why car is making noise only stop position and r and d mode?

Did you scan truck for codes with a real scanner?

if it only happens while in gear maybe something with the transmission?

but yes, fairly impossible to diagnose from such a description, unless maybe its a very popular problem and everyone knows what the sound is, clearly not in this scenario.
