Genuine Mercedes

Does anyone know where to get reliable part numbers for genuine mercedes parts?
I was looking to get OEM front pads, and when I enter my VIN, the pads that come up say "they're not for my car" or "they may fit my car".....???

For example, I was using www.genuinemercedesparts.com or www.mboemparts.com

VIN 4JGDA5HB0EA317484

A gaggle of MB's
If it was me - with the correct MB part#'s from Plutoe - I would choose either Pagid or Bosch Quiet Cast pads - both are "Original Equivalent" and should save you more than 50% as compared to MB OE.

Sometimes I'm hesitant to go with aftermarket. For example, the MB rotors seem to have a good zinc (or galvanized) coating on them, as they don't rust much. I've had aftermarket rotor rust like crazy.
Do you have any rotor recommendations?
thanks

The oe supplier is zimmerman or brembo so going through fcp euro is perfect.

For pads I would go with brembo premium ceramic or akebono. Be sure to get the one for your vehicle b

If you prefer the oe pads, pagid is the oe supplier. Also good.

Ok, so I ordered:

Zimmermann rotors: 1664211300 front, 1664230012 rear

Akebono pads: EUR1629 front, EUR1630A rear (these appear to come with the wear sensors?)

I hope they're the right parts. I don't have the sport package. It's a little confusing with all the part numbers, because it seems like MB has new numbers, but the aftermarket suppliers still reference the older number.
Example: The rear rotor MB number shows 166-423-05-00, but it states that it replaces 166-423-00-12, which is the number that the aftermarket suppliers seem to reference.

Thanks all!

Don't sweat much - and fcpeuro has their "Lifetime Replacement" policy is you used them ... you have the correct OR rotors..

I would go with Akebono dustless pads. Used them for years. dust friendly, good quality, nice bite, and doesn't eat rotors.

I just went to Rockauto.com and these prices seem extremely low. Have you personally purchased products from here? Are they genuinely authentic?
