Newbie to SUV seeks Advice ASAP!
Hello Everyone!
Ive had a CLK 320 for 13 years and then a E350 Cab for 3... then quickly sold it to buy a pos Infiniti suv when I found out I was pregnant. To say I hate it is an understatement! Long story short, I refuse to put one more dollar into that thing! Found a 2014 ML 350 BlueTEC 4Matic. Price, mileage, one-owner, accident clear, good condition....just know NOTHING about diesel. I’m a teacher with a toddler so I need the space and durability now. No more being cute with the wind in my hair for a few more years!
Pros and cons of diesel....
(Things that would steer me in the right direction in buying this OR hold out for a gasoline version)

Avoid the Bluetec powertrain.
Hold out for a gasoline version.
Search this site, particularly in the "Diesel" forum. Reliability of the emissions equipment is poor. There are a small number of owners who report few or no problems. Many owners report multiple, expensive, problems.

MB’s of all kinds.
You have a family. A family hauler should be reliable and easy to live with. Fina a 2015 ML350 4Matic. Gas version, no airmatic. You will thank me later 
My wife is a teacher and she drives the 2015 ML. We have no kids. However, it is still a great family/friend hauler car.
