"Check Right Parking Light Bulb" - Bulb is good

Wife took the car out and might have left the parking lights on while she was at work. Well, the passenger front parking LED bulb is out and it's not the bulb (brand new LEDs). I tried switching the other side in and it works fine. Is there a parking light fuse and if so, where is it? Is there a light reset somewhere?

Fuse 114 under the rear seat is "exterior lights" but I would expect them all to be off, not one.

I will try and see if the Halogens work when I get a chance. Maybe the LEDs are doing something weird.

Ha! Both right side tail light and parking light are out so I am going to check the fuses.

If anyone reads this for future problems, I ended up reseating the exterior light fuses and it fixed the problem.
