Hello
I have a ml 250 in 2012 and have received warning for adblue refilling.
Filled with 20 liters of adblue but I still have the error and even the engine light is on. Do you have any tips?

Can you scan the vehicle with a code reader, ideally a specific Mercedes STAR or DAS/Xentry system?
An engine light by itself doesn't provide much information. Please search this site, there is a large volume of information related to DEF, AdBlue, BlueTEC, and many other diesel-related problems. Unfortunately.

ML350 Bluetec 2014
Seems you need to top off the DEF to help prime the DEF pump. How much volume is your DEF tank? The DEF tank for ML350 is around 27 liters and I had topped to get rid of the engine light. Also may need to drive a few more miles.
