Would you buy a 2013 ML550 that was branded a lemon?

Would you buy a 2013 ML550 that was branded a lemon?
Thinking of purchasing a 2013 ML550, 82k miles. The car is 2000 miles away, need to schedule an inspection.
Car was sold 12/2012, Mercedes re-acquired (lemon branded title) the car in 1/2014 @ 9,600 miles, Went to auction 3/2014. Car fax states "high beam constanty on", "check engine light on".
Nothing seems out of the ordinary or out of place since. Anyone have experience similar? Should I stay away or go for it...? I'm a DIY with a 2008 ML550 and love it. Any thoughts are appreciated

Definitely. Any MB dealer can provide service record for all services conducted in any MB dealer. The system works in the way that any service at a MB dealer will be uploaded into a "centralized" system that all other dealers have access to. It's like our medical system that any medical record is uploaded and can be easily accessed by any doctor. Also the service at some dealers can also be seen on carfax report. Check the carfax report details see if you can find any service record. It only needs a service per 10k miles so you only need to see less than 10 service records at about 10k miles apart.
