19" Cookie Spare tire
I have a question please. The ML on OEM form came equipped with 19" wheels. I later changed the wheels and tires to 20" but kept the spare cookie tire which is 19". In an event I need to use the spare, will be OK to use a 19" along with the other 20" wheels to get a repair shop?

It should be fine as the diameter of the tires should have not changed significantly unless you went for a non spec tire size.

If you do not have the 4MATIC, I would not worry, however, if you have the 4MATIC, I would be very concerned, as most AWD system need/prefer near matching circumference on all 4 wheels.

All 4matics have a centre diff to allow for tyre size variation front to rear.
What the car won't like is a marked difference in one tyre size as it may throw out the ABS and ESP.
The diff in each axle will take up the slight variation in tyre size as it will think it's going around a permanent corner and allow for it.

Again, I still do not think it is a problem. If so, Mercedes would not have put the skinny spare in the the ML. The owners manual does give cautions on using the spare
They only issued one owner's manual for Ml series, whether it was a ML250, 350, 550. ML from 2012 through 2016 came with different size tires from the factory. 18 for Blue tech engines, 19 as standard on gas and 20 as option. The only issues with spares that I know about are for AMG model which require spare to be mounted on the rear. (They have a different spare called a Mini spare) ML that had Owners manual page 330 gives cautions on spare, ie it do not exceed 50 mph.
