2012 ML350 wheel key?

I went to local shop and asked for tire rotation for my 2012 ML350. They said they couldn't find a wheel key so that They could not remove the wheels. Are they serious? I looked at the lug nuts and they all look the same so there must not be wheel locks right?
Do ML350s come with wheel key? IF so Can I buy one online? I've had this car for a year now.

OK, you have tuner lugs. The shop can use an 18 MM socket to remove those. You should probably keep an 18 mm socket in your vehicle along with a large wrench to fit the socket in case you have a flat or another shop doesn't have an 18mm socket. If the shop could not figure that out, you should probably take to another shop. In addition, you should be able to go to your local Discount Tire Direct store and buy a new tuner socket from them.

Agree with BlownV8 - those are just tuner bolts, and yes, if they didn't know that, you need to take your car elsewhere. You can get a socket from Amazon or most half-decent automotive stores for under $10, or hopefully the (better) wheel and tire shop that you end up taking your car to will also have tuner bolts and sockets in stock and just give you one.

This place is a joke.
Those aren't tuner lugs. They are the troublesome OEM Mercedes wheel bolts with a stainless steel cap that distorts and makes them difficult to remove. All you need is the standard 17mm deep impact socket. The socket may have to be hammered on if they are already damaged. Alternately you can buy this aftermarket socket:

I agree with the other responses, take your Mercedes elsewhere that shop doesn't know what they are doing. Consider the MB dealership or MB independent shop.

Yes, 17mm, that Amazon one is the same and will work for your car. However, keep in mind if the wheel bolts have already been damaged they will have to be replaced. You'll know they are damaged if that special socket will not easily fit over the bolts.
