Another CEL - details below
2014 ML350 BT with 110k km (62k miles). Usually within the city but occasional long distance trips at around 110-120 kmph (65-75mph).
So after a 5 hr trip out of town, the CEL comes on. No over heating, tightened gas cap, oil level and coolant level good. Couldn’t check transmission level 🤦🏽
With gradual acceleration, (before CEL) the gears shifted up at between 2100-2500 revs. Now it goes to 3000+ revs. The paddle shifters don’t work either. Driving back, driving at my usual speed, could not get into 7th gear. Sped up to 140kmph. That was literally the limit for the car. Could not go any higher. Revs were close to 3000 but no cigar.
Any ideas?
