Command frozen
Hi,
2014 Ml 350"
The Command is "freezing" on occasion. It also seems to default to "MB APPS". and split screen is inop.
Is there a way to reset or re-boot the system?

hold the power button for 5-10 seconds -- it forces it to shut down. like a hard shutdown on a pc

Thanks for that, but didn't work.
Any other suggestions please? I try to go to split screen for tv but it goes to "Mercedes Apps" and freezes.

Sounds like it needs to be flashed at the dealer. ROM may be corrupted somehow. Yours has the TV tuner in it you say?

Yes it has TV which I can usually watch in motion via split screen to the passenger but selecting split screen brings up MB apps and then cannot select any function without switching off and on again.
Will my indy be able to update the software?
