I need your help identifying a noise. This has been going on for a few months now. When I got a nail in my tire, I had the tire shop take a look at the same time. They didn't see anything wrong.
2012 ML350 4Matic, 90K miles.
The noise:
Seems to be coming from passenger side, but I can almost feel it (vibration, or something moving) under the driver's side floor board.

Is audible at above 50 mph only
Is a mix between a rustle and creak
No issues in driving
Thanks in advance,
Longshot. Check the motor mounts. My GL's failed at 45k. No noise but I wasn't listening for one. Vibration was on startup and then at higher speeds.
Nothing seems wrong in the photos, but the photos don't show the components that might have failed.
Look at the engine mounts from above, in the engine bay. Have an assistant blip the throttle while in park, while you check to see if the engine jumps.
Transmission mount and flex couplings need to be checked from below the vehicle. Time to crawl under with a bright flashlight for a look.
