Brake Warning message - new sensors!
I am new to this forum and hopefully somebody can help me: On my 2012 ML 350 I changed brake pads front and rear, including both sensors. I replaced the pads although there was about 50% left on them and so I am suspicious that when the warning light first came on it was not because of worn pads. After starting the engine, the "Check Brake Pad Wear" message still appears in the cluster - even after several starts in the course of the last few days. I understand from this forum's archive that there is no reset procedure. The sensors were replaced twice - just to make sure, and they were bought from the dealer. Is there a known issue with the harness from the sensors to the control module? And if yes, how to check?
Any suggestion?
