How to remove front wheel arch cover to change lo beams?

I am trying to change my low beams and I was wondering how I remove the front wheel arch cover. I referred to the manual and it says to slide up the cover and pull it out. However there is a single pin that is holding it in place— how do I remove this? Can I just pry it with a screwdriver or should I use a trim remover tool?

It super easy, there is a small panel you can take off to access the low beam bulb. Go on YouTube and type w166 low beam bulb change

I am just doing this right now. The pin can come out with a flat tool. Once the pin is out half way you should be able to pull the entire rivet (bigger circle) out. Mine is at 160K miles and all the plastic parts are so brittle that it is easy to break them.
