2012 ML63 AMG Performance Package
brake issue
I have a 2012 ML63 AMG Performance Package. I was working on replacing the rear brake pads, front completed. I had to search on line to find out how to retract the caliper piston. Only then did I find out the rears are electronically controlled. I found the procedure which worked very well until I started to exit the vehicle and pushed "OK" after they were retracted, and then, they engaged. With nothing to stop them they, ran off the track. Then it said something about the parking brake. In stead of releasing the brake I engaged the parking brake on top of that. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? I'm at a loss. With these electronic, I don't want to do anything more to make it worse than it is. Which in my eyes it's pretty bad now.
