Horn fuse missing after alarm fix

Horn fuse missing after alarm fix
2014 Ml 350
Just discovered that the fuse 205 for the horn is missing.
After forum advice I recently had the alarm siren removed after false alarms (it was cooked) .
Is the alarm system connected in any way to the horn, why would my indi remove the fuse.? Alarm fuse is 203.
Also I see the fuses have an "s" suffix, can I use a standard 15 amp fuse safely?

Does the horn still work? If it does, I'd say move on. If not, another visit to the indy might be in order.

No horn not working.
I understood the alarm sounded the siren ,not the horn.
Is the horn required for the alarm?
