I'm thinking how to solve this puzzle. My diagnostics at dealer's shop was performed with that code P029900. The verdict - "turbocharger waste gate leaking internally, need to replace the turbo".
The original issue is that I literally feel harder shift to the 4th gear (when down shifting with higher RPMs).
