No video after car play unit installation

No video after car play unit installation
I’ve bought a new car play unit for my 2014 w166 and installed it using the videos I could find online. The trouble is I have no video (black screen) after the new module installation.

Does anybody know what could be going on?

I think the main harness is broken as it started to work after I unplugged it and re-plugged. However, now the original unit works, but when switching in car play mode, it only shows some color stripes.
