I am installing a k-tech car play module in my w166. after doing some research figuring out what i had i discovered you can enable a few extras features in engineering mode, internet weather apps fb etc. my question is Im going to be pulling the dash apart and working on this and i want to make sure the system was up to date. I cant really find any clear info on how to find my firmware version and how to update it, all i can find is that you need verimo i believe, as well i was curious if theres a list of functions you can change in engineering mode.

secondly it seems the 4.7 version is better so can you upgrade you system and screen to the 4.7 system
