2014 ML350, replaced starter and starter fuse which also blew. , I hear a faint click in engine when turning the key (electronics work fine in cabin) yet the car still wont turn on, the code scanner reads ECU/ECM not being grounded. Is there a specific fuse I need to switch out or maybe a new a ground strap cable perhaps? Please help, this is my wife's car.... Thanks,
