I have no idea what I知 doing
Hi everyone!
i was wondering if i could get some help just getting an idea how big of a job my current issue with my car is. I have a 2015 ML400 and my main concern is with a glitch. I was seeing with the power of moving my driver side seat seats, and using the seat warmer. For a while, it would glitch at the same time. On the drivers side only, both the seat warmer and the power to adjust the seat, It would stop working at the same time. The passenger side seat and seat warmer both work properly and have never had issues. I had a Notification that I had an auxiliary battery malfunction so I purchased a new one thinking that would help that for whatever reason and it did not. Does this sound like something that is an easy fix or something I would have to take into the shop for? I just don稚 wanna pay $1 million for this fix. I was wondering if it痴 something I can do at home. Thank you!

You could confirm with a circuit diagram but it seems logical to assume the seat motor and warmer might share a common ground. Check the cheap stuff first so look for a loose ground.

Replace main and aux batteries. You did not say whether you replaced the aux battery.
Scan for codes.
Search extensively for signs of water infiltration. Start at the rear in the spare tire area. SAM and fuse locations are posted many times on this site.
