Kleemann ECU/TCU
Hoping to get my 07 CL600 back today from my local MB dealer with the ECU and TCU installed. Also put replica(a nice way of saying Chinese copy) 20 inch AMG style split 5 spoke wheels with Michelins hot new Pilot Super Sport tires.
Will post pics and impressions when I get a chance.
Interestingly while they were working on my car the dealer got a used 08 CL65 in that I got to test drive. Interesting comparison.

How do you like the kleeman tune. I am very pleased with mine, might i also sugest the sprint turbo booster, it takes the lag out of the drive by wire accelerator petal( it really has nothing to do with turbo or boost)

i'm surprised the dealer would install the kleeman tune. the original owner of my cl600 installed a renntech chip and it voided his warranty and he had to pay to replace the tranny with 6,000 miles on it. wouldn't your stuff void any warranty and put the dealer in jeopardy with mercedes usa?

My service advisor said that as long as I brought it to them I shouldn't have a problem since they installed it. I'm not driving it that hard or taking it to the track so I just don't expect catastrophic trouble. I guess before I spend money on an extended warranty I should get something in writing not waste the money.

Kleeman tune
The sprint booster seems like a fake out to me. Remember the days (80's) when domestic cars would tune the throttle to give a non-linear large actuation on initial application to make the car feel faster than it was. The result was as you would push the pedal further nothing much more would happen. I kind of like the slow throttle response - easy to drive smoothly - feels like a lot of muscle under a tuxedo.]
