Has Anyone Seen this happen before

I got a chance to look at a W221 S65.
On the driver side the crimps on the radiator end tanks failed and it leaked coolant which was sucked into the intake tubes due to their proximity to the radiator. I think the engine has damage due to water injestion.

An s65?
Guess the additional 1/4 million does not go toward reliability

I doubt the engine got hydrolocked due to the intake of the coolant. Coolant will still burn. If its water; well you've heard of water/meth injection haven't you? The car would lose power but once the water has been evaporated out of there, it should restore the power. Pull the plugs and scope it to see.

I should have mentioned signification amount of coolant leaked out. The inside of all the intake including turbo was white due to the dried coolant

Whats damaged with the motor? Low compression? Or a burned exhaust valve or something?
