Flight Test

Has anyone tried one of these coil pack rebuild kits yet? Some kits have just the coil and some have the coil and the MOSFETs.

If you can isolate your problem to one or two cylinders, I would say go for it. If not, by the time you replace everything you're over half way towards the cost of a brand new revised factory coil with lifetime warranty, plus a lot of time and chances to screw something up.

+1 to that! I bought enough coils to repair 3 cylinders, but my first repair only lasted 1,000 miles before the whole pack died. Save the few hundred dollars and buy a new revised pack for $800-$900.
