The stupid thing that looks like a dipstick but actually isn't. I'm very sorry, I can't find the part # right now.
It grows brittle with time and then can break off super easily, at which point it'll be stuck in the tube and is retarded to get out.
I got lucky and had to do the oil pan gasket anyway, so I could fish it out with the oil pan off, but otherwise you'll end up in this ****ty spot where you've got this plastic piece of crap stuck in your disptick tube.
Anyway, replace it. It's "cheap" and easily accessible.
