I had to pay taxes and dealer fees.

the benefit is I can write any sales price on the bill of sale helping a buyer with taxes.

Have you taken delivery of the car? 40k seems excessive as a preowned car. I am a dealer in NorCal and we are not marking that up on a new G63

Several dealers in NorCal are asking $10k above msrp so a mark up isn't unheard of but $40k seems a bit excessive... Also not sure how you can save future buyer on sales tax enough to make it worth it.

if you have me one at msrp please let me know.
