I haz all the dad cars - R63 AMG, 2022 GLB 250, and a 2018 E63 Wagon.
Beautiful car, I would be a buyer if I hadn't bought a R63 earlier this year. Have you considered selling on BaT? There have been a few of these on BaT recently and have done well. GLWS

the ECU dyno tune (605hp & 650tq) has to be at the wheels correct?

I sold my low mileage e63 on bAt earlier this year & I just don't have the patience for it. 8 out of 10 people who comment think they're gods gift to the automotive world & know it all. Don't feel like biting my tongue lol.

I bought Lifeforce's 2006 E55 wagon off here in early 2019 and had an awesome transaction. Dale takes care of his cars and It shows. Someone is going to get a nice wagon!

except this is Lifeforce's "friends" car, not his. So.. YMMV.

I'm not a god's gift to automobile, but I've owned this car, in this vintage except unmodified, and sold it SEVERAL YEARS AGO with less than half the mileage for only 10K more than this asking price. Again, YMMV.

it’s the same owner for both wagons. The e55 wagon Brendan has and this e63 wagon. So your comment is incorrect.
I’ve invested over 12k since purchase last year into the wagon. Maintenance and mods. Doesn’t need a single thing. Most of these wagons you buy will need 3-5k in deferred maintenance to get it up to par with where they should be. Not in a rush to sell, but if someone wants to pay a little bit of a premium for a well maintained amg wagon with all the goodies and over 600 whp than I’m open to negotiating. Thanks for your input.

Price wise, It's really not too far off where it needs to be.. Prospective buyers should also consider the car has had all the service done that costs not only money but consumes lots of time too. Serious buyers should contact the owner to see if they can work out a deal, I am sure the owner would.

Beautiful car, Lifeforce...

true. It’s a bit high but not far off; the mods are priced in; maintenance should be done anyhow and shouldn’t increase price. If a premium is being asked for then “all” items should already be taken care of.

I made an offer but unfortunately it wasn’t given further thought.

It would and it should. Any car let alone a performance one, needs to be pampered and should have all issues taken care of whether it's cosmetic, mechanical or any service related items. What do you think, how much time and money would it cost to get all the mods done ( parts/labor/time) and the service items?

If you bought a similar car say for $36,000, how much would you pay for all the extra this car already has done? Even if you bought it for $40/41,000 and drove it couple of years/ 20,000 miles it l would still sell for mid 30's all day long.

It is indeed a beautiful car.

Not too long ago you could pick up a similar wagon for low $30k. Even with the market improving, I think this is overpriced by about $3-4k. At $40k it’s an okay deal. Mods don’t add value.

Correct; I’ve been tracking and a few with these similar miles sold this year for mid $30’s.

But have they had similar mods and service history? Just remember, you either pay upfront or pay later, there's no way around it. Don't forget the designo color and the ceramic coating too.
Work includes
coolant expansion tank
$500,
camshaft position sensors
$500
heater hoses, Differential fluid service, transmission service,
$750
multiple oil services with ceratec treatments, brake fluid & reservoir, engine air filters, sway bar end links,
$350
oil centrifuge, secondary timing chain tensioners & check valves, resealed front engine covers, spark plugs, engine mounts, & much more!
$1500

Service" : $3000

Upgrades:

-H&R front lowering springs
-Lowering links rear
$ 700

-Redstar downpipes & midpipe
-Resonator delete
-Exhaust tips pushed out 1/2" for a more aggressive profile
$1500

-Carbon fiber mirror covers
$400

-Carbon fiber front lip
$400

-Speed yellow brake calipers
$400

-Gloss black wrapped the chrome window trim
-Front & rear hubcentric wheel spacers
-East Coast Euro polyurethane motor mounts for longevity
$200

-Eurocharged TCU tune
$750

-Autowave ECU dyno tune (605hp & 650tq)
$1000

-Ceramic window tint including windshield
Ceramic Coating
$1000

-Upgraded premium HID bulbs
-LED inner parking light circuit board bulbs
-LED front bumper side markers
-Weathertech front floor mats & trunk liner
$150

$6500

The prices mentioned are all estimated and are parts only, without the labor/time. The higher price is justifiable for someone who wants them . A stock high mileage without all that, should be around mid 35,000.
If you could get this car for $40/41, you are already ahead of the game by saving $5000 not to mention the time.

I myself recently bought a 2104 wagon with 37,000 miles and the car needs plugs, tires , differential/brake and an oil change adding another $2000 to the price... I am very pleased though knowing the previous owners have really taken good care of the car.

$6500

The prices mentioned are all estimated and are parts only, without the labor/time. The higher price is justifiable for someone who wants them . A stock high mileage without all that, should be around mid 35,000.
If you could get this car for $40/41, you are already ahead of the game by saving $5000 not to mention the time.
mods are worth $0. Stating the exhaust tips were push out 1/2 inch for $1,500 is laughable. The market will determine the price but in my opinion it won’t sell for over $40k. With sites like BAT now we actually have a database of what cars sold for. I only see 2 recent 2012 transactions over $40k and both were under 50k miles. Some even traded in the high $20s, granted they may need a few thing. But even if they needed $5k you could still be well under this car.

Couldn't have said it better myself. Really wish people would see the car in person, talk to the enthusiast selling it before they jump to conclusions... They'd see that my cars and customers cars are treated better than our kids.

Mods are only worth $0 if you don't want them. That's such a stupid comment people make. If you want the mods, then you save time and money by buying a car with them. I almost bought this car for the asking price a few months ago but then hesitated because white was my primary color choice and Dale changed his mind about selling (he has since found a house to buy). Luckily I ended up finding my dream spec shortly thereafter but Dale has made this car much better and it's such a rare and amazing color. The people who complain about the price and mods/maintenance were/are not seriously interested parties anyway. Dale is also a great guy who treats his cars the way I do so buy with confidence.
