21k Original miles. I am second owner. Purchased from original elderly owner who no longer used it. Car is in excellent condition. All original, no modifications of any kind. Just had full A-Service at Mercedes-Benz. They noted one control arm bushing leaking and will be needed in the future. Can have repaired for the buyer, only at full asking price. Absolutely no rust. Vehicle garaged its entire life. There's a few small imperfections in the paint and wheels. Leather is perfect with no signs of use.
If you need a pre-purchase inspection I can have that performed at the local Mercedes-Benz dealership. You will have to cover the inspection fee.

Concerns:
All 4 tires are old and dry rotting, Vehicle will need 4 tires. Tread 4/32-5/32. Can have replaced with tires of buyers choice at buyers expense before shipping/pickup.
Rear headliner starting to sag. Can probably remove dome light and use some spray fabric adhesive in there to fix it.
I will accept offers. Cash or Cashier check only. Will not release vehicle until funds from a check clear. Prefer pickup so you can inspect it before buying, but will ship if you make all the arrangements for pickup. I'm very busy and cannot spend a lot of time arranging shipping. Vehicle no longer pending. An agreement couldn't be reached on price due to some inconsistencies on the carfax.
For full transparency there's a few instances of an independent shop called "the grease pig" entering incorrect mileages on their repair orders, triggering inconsistencies on the carfax. Now that I'm aware of this I have them under dispute so it doesn't blemish another deal.
For peace of mind I do have Mercedes Benz version of carfax called VMI that shows accurate milage entries.
