Pics - W211 E55 w/ 19x10 rear

OP - GLWS! The 19x10 is very rare indeed. I happened upon a gunmetal set a few years back and am in love with them. Rear offset/width makes the difference over 9.5" - honestly. (pic#4)
04' E55, Star lowered. Same wheel specs as OP, no spacers...bolt and go. Tires are 255/40r19, 275/30R19. Stock, unrolled rear fenders. Rear tire is max width due to fender clearance.
LR fender *slightly kisses the lettering under squat. Could run a 285 on the more common 19x9.5 due to offset and .5" narrower width.

First set of 10” rears I’ve seen for sale, figured I’d throw a few pics up of what that wheel spec looks like on an E55, if anyone questioned fitment on a 211. I can attest these bolt on with no issues - Long as u run a 275 on the rear. 285 would eat the fender.
My tire specs may be diff than what’s mounted on yours. Listed my sizes in first post.

I see. So 275 instead of 285? So just to be clear you have the 10"s in the back with 275/30/19, right?

. Maybe it’s me but your rear wheel looks like it’s sticking out a bit more than normal. Could it be that the s65 wheels have a different offset hence why people with the w211 prefer s65 wheels can you chime on this Thanks

S65 wheels will not work on w211. S65 wheels have high offsets in the mid 40's.

S65 wheels do work on the W211 with spacers. I ran ET44’s in the front with a 15mm spacer and 60ET in the rears with a 20mm spacer. They fit just fine.

Of coarse with spacers they can fit but using thick spacers in my opinion is not safe!

Yes, 10" rear. Same Part #/spec as the OP's sale post. 275/30r19 Hankook Ventus V12 Evo. Tread width (not section width) has to be at or below the spec on V12, or tread shoulder will rub fender.

Yes, 10" rear, same spec/part number as OP's first post. 275/30r19 Hankook Ventus V12 Evo. Look up tread width spec on that tire. Has to be at or below that spec. Not all 275's are the "same". Pirelli P Zero was almost a full 1" wider tread width in same size.

Sticking out more than "normal" due to 10" width/offset. Everyone's used to seeing pics of the 9.5" rear on 211's (The "norm"). Again, wheels on my car in these pics are identical to OP's posted specs.

Sits flush to the top of the fender, that's what counts

Interesting, just curious btw cuz I am using Michelin 285 without issue (despite the curb ramp), so is your car lowered? If not, the tire will rub the fender during normal cursing?

Yes, car is Star lowered. Do you have the 10" rear wheel? 285 will clear on the 9.5" without issue, many other members run that size. With the 10" rear on mine, the LR barely touches the fender liner, only under WOT when suspension fully compresses. Don't hear or feel it, only way I know it's happening is from the very slight rub mark on the sidewall. 1-2mm more clearance, there would be no contact...it's that close.

Yea I have the same 10" but my were fine, the tire shop said is not rubbing or touching the fender, so they said 285 is fine. In my case the only time the tire will rub the fender is going on to the curb ramp without a correct angle. My friend at the tire shop do say I could go 275 but is not necessary, probably my car is not lowered?
