03 S600 V12 TT For Sale , 5.5 L V 12 Twin turbo . Purple color on tan leather. Good condition. Could be the excellent chois for home of the enthusiasts. Don't have time to work on it. So i'll let it go. Needs little TLC. Front ABC hose changed. #2 cyl miss fire. But runs good.like a racing car .. Also few issues that are famous to this model (central lock, srs, but minor things). I empathize with your decision, but I do believe it is the best. I recently swapped the ABC for StrutMasters coil overs. I had been chasing hose ruptures on my 2001 S600 after accumulator replacements and a hose rupture. I finally figured out that ALL the hoses were going to fail from a rust attack. The German rubber coatings were all cracking and allowing rusting of the braided steel reinforcement. Any flexing of the hose was causing breakage of the steel reinforcement and failure. The cost of replacing all the hoses even using a hydraulic shop was more than I wanted to spend in time and money. And then I still have failed strut exposure. None of those failures any more.
Now all I have to sweat is Coil Failures and rubber components. All the seat bladders are shot, but I don't care about those. The CAN system audio has a break in it back where the CD player connects.
