Description:

I had the OE Tune Stage 1(93 Oct) on my vehicle and absolutely loved it! Sadly, I sold the CLS550(M278) but removed the OE tune. I checked with the OE team and the MyGenius device is not locked to the VIN since I removed the tune so it can be used for another car. You just need to buy the map directly from OE Tuning.

What is included: The MyGenius device and an OBD cable. 

The New MyGenius device is $299. Asking $199. US shipping only.

Just curious - how did you remove the tune so it can be used for another car? Did you just flash it back to "original" tune?

Yeap. So you flash it back to original on the car and then reset the MyGenius device to wipe all the tune data so It can be reused again.

In order to reset the MyGenius, your tuner would need to provide you with a 4-digit code. If it wasn’t done, there would be no way for a new owner to do a stock read.

Yeah OE provided me the 4 digit reset code so the device can be used again.
