If you want to keep it truly OEM, you’re on the right track by hunting that exact A2124010800. You might widen your search to any 2014–2016 E63 AMG S front wheel with the same size/offset and finish, since they’re all the same spec you listed (19x9, 5x112, 66.6 hub).
If you don’t find one locally, I’d just make sure any seller sends you clear pictures of the inner barrel and mounting pad so you can confirm the part number and check for cracks/repairs before you pay shipping. These wheels are getting harder to find clean, so a straight, curb-rash wheel you can refinish may be your best bet.

Thanks @GarageNate . Feels like these rims are made of glass! Unfortunately, this is the second one I’ve broken over the years, but I didn’t have an issue finding a replacement last time. The one that broken is welded but I don’t love having a welded rim as anything more than a backup.
