Also, I think that Kovalainen will give Hamilton a run for his money, he is a great driver as well he just didn't have the car do to anything this year.

Hamilton, by contrast, is reported to be pressing McLaren to appoint Kovalainen as his team-mate next season rather than the undistinguished Pedro de la Rosa. Rather than be cautious of being paired with a fast team-mate, Hamilton evidently believes that such a challenge will bring out the best of his own talents - as Alonso found out to his cost last season.
Complete opposites, huh. Hamilton embraces the challenge, Alonso is too scared to be challenged.
Jury is out whether he will have more shunts with Hamilton and Raikkonen, or with Nelson Piquet Jr... Children generally try to establish dominance within their family unit, first.

I've seen Alonso's type come and go countless times. Alonso's biggest challenge is himself. It's difficult to concentrate on the task at hand when you can't scratch your dandruff, because it's beyond arm's length. I'm surprised he and his helmet even fit within the cockpit.
I'm startled to think that Flavio B. would allow a "B" team to deliver him an uncompetitive car. His hat size is even bigger than Alonso's. I'm thinking you have been renting too many cheap Renaults in Europe?
