Hooked on DTM

At first I thought that the series was silly. After watching a few races I'm imprtessed. I didn't think thata two make series would be interesting but I was wrong. The nuances if the sries are cool once you watch a race two.
For instance the MB car are better on "hi-hp" tracks while the Audi is better on tighter tracks. The 07 MB is more aerodynamic and corners better than the 08 MB. THe 08MB is faster in a straight line than the O7 MB. The 08 Audi is slower all aroiund than the 06-07 Audis. Each car has to make 2 mandatory pitstops. They can do a 4 wheel tire change and gas in 4+ seconds just as fast as F1. All in all it's pretty cool to watch and Mika Hakkinnen is racing so that's always good.

seeing mika go from last to first because of pit strategy was most excellent at mugello.

i own an A4 and will be soon getting a C300. so DTM has quickly become an interest of mine.

Where do they show it? I always wanted to watch it but I didn't think they show it in US. I looked under "D" at the programs list in SpeedTV but couldn't find it.

I saw that! It was amazing. Just curious why are you switching from an A4 to a C? I was thinking of an A4 or C for my wife but found the A4 was too small for me (6'2"). My wife always makes me drive if we're together.

Yeah, I watched last years DTM race in Barcelona and the final in Hockenheim. They were a lot of fun to watch, those guys don't afraid to rub or even push each other out to get a position

Speed does air the DTM races. The last ones just aired I think last week. Don't say too much about being not being afraid rub, the second to last race of this season's the Audi's pulled all of their cars because they felt there was too much contact by the MB's.

Really curious

Ok so now this is totally but why cross shopping? I know its your opinion but I'd like to hear why you're deciding A4 vs C vs. 3 series.
Just curious - not trying to get all in your Biznizzle
