My guess is the reason that the Monaco, Canadian and USA are "TBA" is that last year these races were first shown on ABC. The USA and Canada will be live broadcasts and I bet Monaco will be tape-delayed until the afternoon. Speed will rebroadcast them a week later with their own TV crew covering the race (in the past they got additional bonus footage from the digital broadcast - althouugh this year I've read that much more of the digital feed will be available to the terrestrial broadcast anyway).

Cheers, BT

Oh boy! I'll bet this means more of Danny Sullivan! Man, that guy should have stayed in a car instead of the broadcast booth. Puts me to sleep-maybe he should drink more Red Bull. Anyone ever seen the set-up for BernieVision? The tent they use is probably close to the size of a football field. And it's all air conditioned, has it's own generators, etc. I'd love to see inside of it. I tried last year @ Indy, but the guard wouldn't even let us get close to the door. Quite a set-up for them to haul all over the world.

Umm, I think those ABC shows....
were in 2002, not 03. Remember that those shows had the enhanced (read: the same stuff as the pay per view that you could buy at the time in Europe) coverage, and it was done away with last year. Frankly, I thought it was far superior to the world feed. And I'd be willing to bet if there's any conflicts, it's got something to do with them damn turn left folks.
I miss Speedvision. Anyone know what's become of the the other dedicated car channel that was supposed to debut this past fall?

This thread is super old, I was referring to the 2002 season. However, I concur, the digital feed ABC was allowed to use in 2002 was much better than the world feed. Unfortunately for Speed, they only got the world feed for the 2003 season.
