Webber is getting a little old, and now that he has a top tier car, he needs to make the most of the opportunity, which likely will not come again before he retires.
I think he has a natural right to be angry when the team takes the "new" wing off his car and gives it to Vettel, when Vettel's wing failed. That's favoritism.
Word is the order to do this came not from the team principal, but from team ownership. If I were Webber, I would request a meeting with the owners to remind them that BOTH their drivers are in contention for the WDC, and that they should either have enough "new" upgrades to outfit both cars (with spares) or not provide upgrades to either until they can have spares.
