Who's going to Indy? One month away!
I posted over in the E&G forum, and I think I had one reply...
Lynn (csportcoupe & MBW Fanatic) is going, as well as a couple of other Coupe owners. Just curious, since I fiugred there were a lot more F1 fans here than there apparently are. If you're on the fence about going, do it! Indy is so cheap anymore, and there are so few people there that you can move around and get all kinds of views and perspectives.

I'm going!! We'll take a road trip up from the Big Easy. One of my brothers is flying up from our home country and we'll take the trip together. Jury's still out on wether we'll take the Benz or the Volvo, all depends on how well we can pack, because we need to haul baby stuff half of the way (we'll drop her off at my other brother's in Nashville). I'd rather take the Benz but trunk real estate will be at a premium.
I'm really looking forward to this race. With the way the WDC is going, it should prove to be really exciting. I'm latinamerican and have followed JPM since CART, so you know who I'll be rooting for!
Where is everyone sitting? I'll be in Paddock Box, but plan on moving to the infield mounds at some point after the first round of pitstops, returning to the paddock for the finish.

I'll be where ever I can find the cheapest scalped tickets on Sunday morning. Paid 1/2 of face last year and was right across from the 2nd row of the starting grid.
The plan: Sit for a while, get a Foster's Oil Can, walk, Foster's, sit, Foster's, repeat until the finish is near and then find a seat near the finish.

Yes, I know I'm late to the party . . .
A crew of about 10 of us will be rolling up from Charlotte.
By the way, this year you can walk through the pits on Thursday if you've purchased a Race-Day ticket. This hasn't been done before, and should be quite an experience.
We'll be in the stands at Turns 3, 4 on Sunday, but everywhere else on Friday and Saturday.

I can't make it again this year. Grapes have a nasty habit of ripening to perfection on race weekend I'm still trying to convince Tony and Bernie to change the date to accomodate me.
