Power Locks- switches and odds and ends..

Power Locks- switches and odds and ends..
Hi-
Just bought a 1994 E-320. Power (vacuum) locks are dead is there an easy way to check the vacuum pump under the seat?? I hear the relay clicking can't lock anything.
Passenger side seat will not slide forward or back-seat back is OK Fuse looks OK.
Also rear headrests don't move they are in down position is this related.
Last one and I owe you a few brews--
Whats the trick in getting the headrest switch out of the console.
Im used to working on VW vans where they don't hide anything not a screw no trim on nothing.
