Front ball joint replacement in 190e

Thanks for all the advice so far! My 190e is a 91 2.6L with 130k miles. I have what I think are bad ball joints. I Get the squeaking and creaking when I turn and the tires do not track back to center without me turning back. I have always gone to specialty shops to get work done i.e. brakes at the brake shop or at the dealer for warranty work. I think it would cost a lot more to have MB throw a new ball joint in than a regular shop. Anyone in AZ know a good shop or is there a a kind of specialty shop that could handle a ball joint replacement? Also what kind of costs are associated with it, what should I have them check or what questions should I ask? I just hate drawing attention to myself in crowded parking lots, as it sounds like I am running over a family of cats whenever I turn.
