Coolant and washer warning lights

Hi all,
The coolant and washer warning lights came on at the same time one day and have stayed on since. I checked the fluid reservoirs and both were full. The coolant gauge showed normal temperature. How do I troubleshoot the problem?. There is a wire connector at the bottom of the coolant reservoir but I don't know how to unplug it to see if the lighs come off. Any tip is appreciated. My MB is a 98 S420. Thanks

Both the coolant and washer level sensors are on the same circuit in some models and get confused with one another or neither...maybe yours is one of them.

Thank you. One of the sensor must have gone bad then.
