Side windows delaminating?

Side windows delaminating?
I have an 02 S500. It looks like the side windows are starting to delaminate at the top or leading edge. I am starting to see what looks like air bubbles? Could this really be happening on such a new car. I have seen this on very old cars but never on something this new. Is this a common problem, if so will it be covered under warrenty?
No this does not have any aftermarket tint on it nor has it ever had.
Any help is appreciated.
