I just traded my '03 C320 with COMAND for an '06 E350. It doesn't seem the DVD-based COMAND system allows for CD Naming (the ability to enter a descriptive name for a CD in the magazine) as did my C320 COMAND. Am I correct on this?

i thought the new DVD COMAND's automatically display the name of the CD therefore you dont need to name them

It displays song titles only, not CD names based on my experience. Also, many (most of mine) CDs don't feature the CD text data, so you get nothing and with no ability to name the CD yourself apparently. Ugh! I hate having to go through each of 6 CDs trying to figure out (I never can remember) which CDs I have in what slots.

when you burna CD though on your comp you should be able to name it though
