Mercedes are the best cars in the world.

The best brake pads are fitted at the factory, and available as replacements at the dealer.

Not really, there ARE better pads out there than the OEM.

Even though the rims got dirty I liked the stopping prowess of the dealer pads over the Akebono's.

My apologies, did not have time....Jurid are OEM I believe, Padgid, Mintex, and Textar - LINK for place with great price I replaced with Padgid and Mintex in the past with great results and less dust. Also, arizona auto haus, see link has great prices on parts for all other cars too. I just replaced the master cylinder on my Toyota and actually Auto haus had cheaper prices on OEM parts than even the local Autozone.
