Greetings everyone, I purchased the above yesterday and noticed no sound at all coming from the radio. It comes on and tunes ok but says "no cd changer" and "no phone" when the respective buttons are pushed. I put a cd in and tried it but same result.

I have the original window sticker and someone took an ink pen and marked out the $2100 M-B phone option??? I have no idea why, other than they must have taken it out and left the system disabled. The dealer, not M-B, should back this, I hope. Is there something I'm not doing or what?

Lastly, any guesses as to what is needed and potential $$ in case the dealer gives me grief.
