2000 S500 (220) major vibration throughout car

I have a 2000 S500 and on acceleration even in park there is a major vibration throughout the whole car....extremely bad, cannot pinpoint where the sound is coming from....anyone ever have this problem.....even replaced the transmission and still the same thing....appreciate any help.

I'm thinking "Worn motor mounts" get them checked out

He said he had the tranny replaced so I figure they must of replaced or checked those mounts out allready...

check the trans mount at the rear of the trans. you can have the car running and lift on the trans to see if it goes away

Try the vibration dampener these are known two split between the rubber and pulley and cut right through the front cover and sometimes lower oil pan.
VERY EXPENSIVE REPAIR
This is a recent recall at least in illinois :?

This is the most likely cause. Most of the time I have a 220 S class with a vibrations when you rev it, its the rear engine/trans mount.

1996 S500
I have the same problem. Makin me crazy. not a miss, not motor mounts. In park in neutral, rolling down the road,always there.
I have no idea what a bad balance shaft acts like and and can't find anybody on this site that explains what a bad balance shaft acts like.
