when i start my car it runs great for about 5-8 minutes then starts shaking but if i turn it off and restart it it will run great for 5-8 minutes for some reason the #6 cyllander gets shut off by the computer almost like it goes into limp mode.I hooked it up to a snap-on scanner with mercedes software and it shows no trouble codes it just shows #6 cyllander drop off .

Ok lets see misfire after a warmup, my first question is when were spark plugs last changed and has motor been subjected to water(ie steam clean) if not I suspect this to be a ignition problem rather then a fuel problem (altho I am not letting out the possibility of frayed engine harness) I would recommend removing subject plug and insulator and coil switch to a adjoining cylinder (#5) and run car again see what happens if it shifts change the appropiate item
