Need Help!!!!
I hope I explain this well, this is on behalf of my boyfriends car. He has a
190 E 1991 mercedes, and just yesterday as he got out the car and was going to lock the doors manually he noticed that the doors would not lock so he went back in to try and lock them from the inside and just close the door, however the locks would not go down. So he tried to turn the car back on but the car would not start at all. The lights, the radio even the horn are all dead. We thought it could be the battery but realized it wasn't. The car will just not start. The only thing he can think of is the alram system shut the car off. He mentioned when someone tries to open the door if its locked or tries break in it will shut down the car to prevent it from being driven, so now our question is ...Can this be the problem? Is there a way to reset it? If anybody knows ANYTHING please reply it would be greatly appreciated.
