TBA Install????
This is only my second post on here and I must say it's nice to find somehwre to get good info on MBs. I'm hoping someone can help me with a little problem I'm having with my girlfriends daughters car. She drives a 1999 C230 Kompressor and she has the ASR light on and the car is barely drivable. I had it checked out and I was told its the Throttle Body Actuator. After getting shocked by the price of it and the installation cost I decided to look into doing it myself. From what I've been told it's fairly simple.
I have ordered the part and from what I've been told it's easily installed, 4 bolts and a smal wire harness.
I was wondering if anyone here had done this and if it really is easy to install? Is it easilly located and easily removed? Am I going to need to remove other parts just to get to it?
