Window problems on 300E

I've been lurking on these forums for a while, but I finally registered because I needed some help.
I have a '93 300E and the driver's side window doesn't open. When I push the button, I hear the motor running, but the window doesn't move. I also have a problem with my passenger side rear window. It opens, but only 3/4 of the way.
I just wanted to know what the problem could be and how would I fix it?
