Request Information from MB Tech
Would you go over the body shop manager to the dealership General Manager/Owner? I got my car repaired at the nissan/benz dealerhsip bodyshop and have given them four chances since first pick up and the car is still not repaired correctly. How would you go about getting this done the body shop manager acts like he could care less about my car gettting back to normal. The body shop assistant manager should have his job he is very helpful but has not pull. Thank you. By the way its is a 02 c240 that I rear ended someone so had them fix the whole front of my car. Sorry I am tired dont want to go to work so words probaly arent coming out clearly.

I would take photos and write a document on the specifics, then go to who ever necessary. I would also keep the insurance co informed if this was an insurance job. My insurance uses certified by them shops and our MB dealer is one. If not satisfied the insurance will step in and provide assistance.
If nothing works there is always the BBB (give they will only keep a file and not really help). And you have the legal system.
But I would really work to be professional,, don't lose your cool and stay with the specific details and issues only. NO emotion
