HELP !!! Can't get my radio to turn off !!!

HELP !!! Can't get my radio to turn off !!!
This is the first problem I've ever had with this car, and it figures ... I was driving it home from the dealer at this very moment, on this very day, one year ago exactly.
Here's the 'sitch:
Stopped responding to input while driving ... cannot do anything with the radio/cassette/CD via steering wheel controls or using the controls on the radio itself. My voice-activated system doesn't respond either.
The radio is locked on one station. In the speedo display there appears:
AUDIO
----
All other steering wheel functions work.
I'm afraid to leave the car overnight with the radio on ... and don't know with all the electronics and sensors on the car ... if I should just pull the battery.
Roadside Assitance and Customer Support both told me to get a diagnostic check at my dealer ... thanks but that doesn't help me tonight.
Any one with some 'constructive' advice on this one?

Check your fuse chart. Pull the fuse that is for the radio and sub-systems. Then re insert the fuse and see if that fixes it. If not, you can at least pull the fuse again so you don't have a drained battery.
